SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Water levels beneath three bridges in Olongapo reached spilling levels on Monday afternoon, Aug. 17, as heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon continued to affect the city. According to the latest city monitoring report, water levels beneath the Del Rosario, Sta. Rita, and Kalaklan bridges all reached 4 meters, or their spilling levels, as of 4:45 p.m. The water levels rose sharply from the 3.2 meters recorded at Del Rosario Bridge, 3 meters at Sta.
