MANILA, Philippines – On Day 16 of Vice President Sara Duterte impeachment trial, the prosecution panel presented former Office of the Vice President (OVP) special disbursing officer Gina Acosta who told the court that Durte instructed her to release P125 million in confidential funds to OVP security officer Col.
