RLC Residences tops off building 4 at Sierra Valley Gardens
RLC Residences topped off Building 4 of Sierra Valley Gardens, a multi-building residential development in Cainta, Rizal, on July 30, marking the completion of structural work on the first building of the development and another significant milestone as the community continues to take shape.
With the milestone achieved, development continues to progress with the upcoming Building 5, as Sierra Valley Gardens takes further shape within the Sierra Valley Destination Estate. This steady progression reflects RLC Residences’ disciplined approach to advancing committed projects across its portfolio.
At the topping-off ceremony, Engr. Jose Rovie Cipriano, Senior Consultant of RLC Residences, highlighted the collective effort behind Building 4, from the architects who shaped the design to the construction teams that turned those plans into reality. “It symbolizes the heights we can reach when we work together,” Cipriano said.
He also connected the achievement to the larger community Sierra Valley is intended to serve.
“This building isn’t just steel and concrete. It’s a promise to our community. A promise of new jobs, of economic growth, of a brighter future for our children,” added Cipriano. “When we place this final beam, we’re not just topping out a building. We’re laying the cornerstone for the next chapter in our community’s story.”
Engr. Emmanuel Arce, Vice President for Project Management of RLC Residences, linked the construction progress to the larger vision for Sierra Valley Gardens, describing the project as being “integrated into a larger mixed-use community.”
He also thanked the project teams and construction partners behind Building 4 and said the milestone should inspire RLC Residences and its stakeholders to continue their mission of “providing quality products for the Filipino people.”
The progress at Sierra Valley Gardens is part of the broader development of the 18-hectare Sierra Valley Destination Estate in Cainta. Food-and-beverage outlets and retail shops are already operating, along with everyday services such as a salon, gym, and laundry shop. A future mall and a Shopwise store are also planned within the estate, as the area continues to take shape.
Sierra Valley Gardens combines the more relaxed character of suburban living with convenient access to Metro Manila’s major business and lifestyle districts. The development offers future homeowners cleaner air, wide open spaces, and greater access to nature, while Ortigas Center and Bridgetowne remain within reach.
Residents can also enjoy nature-inspired amenities, including swimming pools, fitness and wellness spaces, and areas for recreation and gathering, complemented by smart home-ready units and sustainable design.
With structural work on Building 4 now completed, Sierra Valley Gardens continues to take shape as a community that combines the breathing room and connection to nature of suburban living with access to the businesses, services, and everyday conveniences around it.
