According to Ukrinform, Kharkiv Regional Governor Oleh Syniehubov said this in a Telegram post.

"Five people, including a 9-year-old boy, were injured in the enemy attack on Izium. All of them are receiving medical assistance," the post said.

Five private houses were also damaged in the city.

Emergency services are working to clear the aftermath of the attack.
