This was reported on Telegram by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“Yesterday, a 38-year-old civilian man was injured in a ‘Banderol’ strike on Chernihiv—he is receiving outpatient treatment,” the post reads.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, in the evening the enemy attacked the town of Menu in the Koryukivka district with a “Geran” missile. A two-story building was damaged. A fire also broke out at the site of the strike. Firefighters spent about an hour extinguishing the blaze.
There were also “Herber” strikes in villages of the Snovsk community. In one village, 22 metric tons of roughage caught fire; in another, the strike hit an agricultural enterprise, setting machinery and a warehouse building ablaze.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that an energy facility in Chernihiv was damaged in a Russian attack, leaving more than 10,000 customers without power.
