Heorhii Reshetilov, acting head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post, according to Ukrinform.

"This afternoon, the enemy, preliminarily using a cruise missile, attacked an industrial facility in the Mykolaiv district. As of now, there are no casualties," the statement said.

As reported, Russian forces attacked port and residential infrastructure in the Mykolaiv region on August 17, damaging a civilian vessel, a house and a bus.
