The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office said this in a Telegram post, according to Ukrinform.
On August 18, Russian forces carried out four airstrikes on Kramatorsk using FAB-250 guided aerial bombs equipped with UMPK glide kits. One of the weapons struck an apartment building.
The prosecutor's office said that a 71-year-old man, an 84-year-old woman and an 11-year-old boy were injured at their homes. The victims sustained blast injuries, lacerations, abrasions and concussions.
Four apartment buildings and three passenger cars were also damaged.

Under the procedural supervision of the Kramatorsk District Prosecutor's Office, a pretrial investigation has been launched into a war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As reported, Russian forces launched 1,268 attacks on the Donetsk region on August 17, killing one resident and injuring five others.
