CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — As many as 41,658 families, or 190,990 residents in 236 barangays of the provinces of Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon and Palawan have been affected by the monsoon and tropical depression Neneng. This was the status report as of 3 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Disaster Response Management Division (DRMD) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in MIMAROPA.
