This was reported by Ukrinform, citing the Izium City Council on Telegram.
“Today, August 18, at approximately 10:07 p.m., Russian troops launched four strikes with guided aerial bombs (GABs) on the territory of the Izium City Territorial Community. According to preliminary information, at one of the GAB impact sites, dry grass caught fire in an open area,” the post states.
The shelling also caused an emergency power outage. Customers in the Veprytskyi Khutir area were temporarily left without electricity.
As of this moment, no reports of casualties or injuries have been received by healthcare facilities, the Izium City Council adds.

Information regarding the consequences of the enemy shelling is being clarified.
As reported by Ukrinform, five people, including a child, were injured in Izium, Kharkiv region, as a result of a nighttime enemy attack.
