He said that on August 18, the Russians killed one person in Druzhkivka.
In addition, four people were wounded in Kramatorsk.
The total number of Russian casualties in the Donetsk region (4,269 dead and 10,186 wounded) does not include figures from Mariupol and Volnovakha.

As reported by Ukrinform, on August 17, Russian troops killed one person in Druzhkivka. Five more people in Donetsk region were wounded: two in Druzhkivka, one in Kramatorsk, one in Krasnotorets (Kramatorsk City Community), and one in Bilozerske.
