The decree to that effect, No. 734/2026, was published on the president's website, Ukrinform reports.
As reported, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) announced on August 19 that they were conducting a special operation to expose a criminal organization operating under the leadership of a current and a former Ukrainian member of parliament, with the involvement of senior officials from the Office of the President of Ukraine and other individuals.

According to Ukrinform sources, NABU detectives had been conducting investigative actions involving Iryna Mudra, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
Later, MP Vadym Stolar confirmed that NABU was conducting investigative actions at his home and said he was openly cooperating with law enforcement authorities.
