Articulated action figures of HUNTR/X and the Saja Boys from Netflix’s Oscar-winning animated blockbuster KPop Demon Hunters are coming soon to store shelves and online retailers.
Released on June 20, 1995, KPop Demon Hunters was smash hit out of the gate for Netflix, where within the film’s first three months of release became the streaming platform most popular film, globally, of all time with 325.1 million views, which equates to 541.8 million viewing hours.
Since the film’s release, merchandisers have been hard at work to create KPop Demon Hunters products “for the fans.” In October, Netflix awarded Mattel the master license to create KPop Demon Hunters dolls, action figures and other items.
Now, on the heels of the release of 12-inch scale fashion dolls of HUNTR/X members Rumi, Mira and Zoey — as well as Saja Boys singer Juni — being released, Mattel is readying the release of 6-inch scale action figures. The initial wave will include individually packaged action figures of Rumi, Mira and Zoey, Saja Boys members Juni and Abby, as well as a Rumi & Jinu: Final Battle 6-inch action figure 2-pack.
Mattel confirmed for me on Wednesday that five of the figures from toy company’s KPop Demon Hunters 6-inch action figure line will become available be released through online and brick-and-mortar retailers on Tuesday, Sept. 1, as well as two-pack featuring Rumi and Demon Juni.
The figures, per Mattel, will be available at all major retailers including Amazon, Walmart and Target. GameStop already has action figures of Rumi, Mira, Zoey and Juni available for pre-order online, but lists a Sept. 7 release date.
Each of Mattel’s KPop Demon Hunters action figures retail for $21.99, while the Final Battle: Rumi & Demon Juni 2-Pack retails for $44.99.

Directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Applehans, KPop Demon Hunters stars Arden Cho, May Hong and Ji-young Yoo as the speaking voices of Rumi, Mira and Zoey, respectively, while EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami provide the singing voices of Rumi, Mira and Zoey. Ahn Hyo Seop voices Juni, while Andrew Choi provides the character’s singing voice.
