Join them and you’ll be rewarded with what could be the best crispy pork banh mi in Sydney: a crunchy-but-pliable bun, slathered with umami-rich pâté, stuffed with tender pieces of crisp, crackling pork, and punctuated by pickled pink daikon. For under $11, it can’t be beat.
