According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.

A hit followed by a fire was recorded at the Taneco oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk.

Taneco has the capacity to process up to 16 million tonnes of crude oil per year. It produces a wide range of petroleum products, including motor fuels and other refined products. The refinery is involved in supplying the Russian military.

In addition, the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Volna, Krasnodar Krai, was hit. A fire was reported at the facility.

Tamanneftegaz is one of Russia's key oil terminals in the Black Sea region. The Taman transshipment complex has the capacity to handle up to 19.9 million tonnes of crude oil, petroleum products and liquefied hydrocarbon gases per year. The terminal handles the transfer of crude oil and petroleum products from rail transport to seagoing vessels. It serves the logistical and fuel needs of the Russian military.

The extent of the damage is being assessed.
