According to Ukrinform, the Embassy of Ukraine in Hungary reported this on its Facebook page.
"On behalf of the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian state, I have the honor of congratulating you and all the friendly Hungarian people on Hungary's national holiday – St. Stephen's Day," the president said in a letter to the Hungarian prime minister.
Zelensky stressed that the peoples of the two countries are "united by centuries of good-neighborly relations, mutual respect, and a shared struggle for freedom and their own statehood," which provides a strong foundation for further developing the partnership between Ukraine and Hungary.
The Ukrainian leader also expressed gratitude to Hungary "for its consistent support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity," as well as for its solidarity during this extremely important period for Ukraine and Europe as a whole, "amid Russia's brutal aggression."
"We particularly appreciate the humanitarian assistance, rehabilitation of Ukrainian children and soldiers, and support for Ukrainian citizens," the letter said.

He also invited the Hungarian prime minister to visit Ukraine.
"I will be glad to welcome you to Kyiv at the earliest convenient time," Zelensky said, wishing Magyar "success in building a modern Hungarian state."
