According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Serhii Kryvosheienko, Head of the Sumy City Military Administration.
“Preliminarily, two people were injured as a result of an enemy UAV hitting a two-story building,” he wrote.
Earlier, the official reported that a fire had broken out in a two-story residential building in Sumy’s Kovpakivskyi district following the Russian strike.
“The massive overnight UAV attack on Sumy is targeting civilian infrastructure facilities and residential areas in the Kovpakivskyi district. Fires have broken out at several locations. The threat of repeated strikes is hampering the work of emergency responders,” Kryvosheienko noted.

As reported, over the previous day, Russian forces launched nearly 60 attacks on 24 settlements in the Sumy region.
