According to Ukrinform, the National Police of Ukraine reported this.

The enemy used guided aerial bombs, strike UAVs, FPV drones, artillery, and mortars.

In the Sumy community, six people were injured in an overnight attack involving strike drones: a 16-year-old girl, women aged 50 and 66, and men aged 35 to 39.

A two-story residential building, garages and warehouses, a service station building, a gas pipeline, and seven cars were damaged.

In the Konotop community, a 78-year-old woman was injured in an enemy shelling attack. Eleven private houses, outbuildings, and a gas pipeline were damaged.

In the Esman community, a 40-year-old man was injured after drones struck a house.

For each reported war crime, police investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code.

Law enforcement officers continue to document the consequences of Russian attacks and collect evidence to bring those responsible to justice.

Sumy, two injured

As reported, a large-scale power outage in the Sumy region and the regional capital caused trolleybuses to stop operating and disrupted the water supply.
