The US military said it has “disabled” one ship and redirected 12 commercial vessels since resuming its naval blockade against Iran nine days ago.

In a statement on X, US Central Command (Centcom) said the measures were taken “to prevent ships from entering or leaving Iranian ports or coastal areas”.
