Oleksandr Vilkul, Head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, reported the attack on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Russian forces attacked the city’s largest shopping mall with a strike UAV. There is a fire, and visually, there are many casualties,” he wrote.

An emergency rescue operation was launched.

Later, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Governor Oleksandr Hanzha reported that one person had been killed in the Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih.

“Twelve people are also currently known to have been injured. Shops inside the shopping center are on fire,” he wrote.

Later, Hanzha reported that the number of casualties had risen.

“Two people have been killed and 15 injured,” the regional governor said.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Russian occupation forces also attacked an industrial enterprise in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region.
