Psychiatrist in Andrea Yates case testifies for Lindsay Clancy's defense
The defense rested Friday in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial after testimony from Dr. Phillip Resnick, a forensic psychiatrist who also testified Andrea Yates case after she killed her five children in Texas in 2001. Clancy has admitted to killing her three young children, but has pleaded not guilty, arguing she was overmedicated and suffering from postpartum psychosis. CBS News' Shanelle Kaul has more.
