According to Ukrinform, USF Commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi announced this on Facebook.

“The status of the USF ‘MoLoChKa’ operation: blocking any movement of Russia’s shadow fleet in the Sea of Azov and through the Kerch Strait, and restricting traffic in the northern and northeastern parts of the Black Sea,” Brovdi said.

According to him, the USF struck 36 shadow fleet vessels during August.

Overall, since the start of the operation on July 6 through August 22, the USF have successfully engaged 242 vessels – 134 in the Sea of Azov and 108 in the Black Sea.

As reported by Ukrinform, between August 1 and 8, Ukraine’s USF struck another 12 Russian shadow fleet vessels in the Black and Azov Seas.
