ILOILO CITY – Not all households listed in the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) qualify for cash assistance under the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food and Transport (UPLIFT) program, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) clarified Thursday.
