BAGUIO CITY — A 32-year-old miner from Itogon, Benguet, was arrested after an explosion injured 14 people near the sinkhole area along Magsaysay Avenue in this city at dawn on Monday. Mayor Benjamin Magalong said the incident stemmed from a confrontation involving the suspect, who was reportedly intoxicated.
