According to Ukrinform, Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“Eighteen people injured in the Russian attack on Pavlohrad that took place the day before remain in hospitals. Three women are in critical condition, and one man is in extremely critical condition,” he wrote.
A 2-year-old girl is also under medical supervision. The child was transferred to a medical facility in Dnipro. Doctors assess her condition as moderate.

As reported by Ukrinform, on July 23, the enemy attacked Pavlohrad. Three people were killed, and 29 were injured. A food processing plant was damaged, and a fire broke out there.
