According to Ukrinform, Zelensky announced this on Telegram.

"We discussed the defense, economic, and diplomatic challenges and objectives facing Ukraine in August and the months ahead. Russia is currently carrying out several deliberate terrorist operations against Ukraine and our infrastructure. We are also facing challenges in the energy sector, the fuel market, agriculture, and our grain export capabilities. Protecting our skies requires more practical ideas and faster progress on the projects already underway," Zelensky said.

The President emphasized the importance of ensuring that "partners clearly understand where their responsibility lies and how they can support us – support the protection of lives in Ukraine and our resilience. Missiles for the Patriot systems are the top priority, and our agreements must be implemented promptly. I expect swift diplomatic work from Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and everyone involved in relevant communications."

Zelensky also thanked "neighboring EU countries that are ready to expand cross-border cooperation so that we can better protect our country and our economy from Russian aggression."

"There is also a set of tasks that can only be accomplished in close cooperation with Brussels – the EU institutions. We are very much counting on this support, and the Prime Minister will present the relevant proposals to our colleagues in the European Union," Zelensky noted.

According to the President, "together with the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense, we determined how our forces will operate in the Black Sea going forward. The Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Infrastructure, the Minister of Agrarian Policy, and the officials designated by the Prime Minister must prepare a package of decisions to be pursued with our partners that will enable us to protect Ukraine's economic activity and preserve the essential foundations of our resilience."

"Rustem Umerov has received additional assignments for his work with partners in the Middle East and the Gulf region,” Zelensky added.

As reported by Ukrinform, Zelensky said that together with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, acting Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara, and Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pavlo Palisa, he had determined Ukraine's course of action in response to Russian strikes.
