MOSCOW, July 26. /TASS/. Russia is not the aggressor, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with Russian Navy service members.

"You are probably the first to enter the liberated communities, so you see what is happening or what happened there. The question is: Why is this happening? Is it because of Russia's so-called aggression? Of course not. There is no aggression whatsoever," Putin said.
