ROSTOV-ON-DON, July 27. /TASS/. An apartment building was damaged in southern Russia’s Rostov-on-Don as a result of an aerial attack in the early hours on Monday, Mayor Alexander Skryabin said.

"As a result of an aerial attack, an apartment building in the Proletarsky neighborhood of Rostov-on-Don was damaged. Temporary accommodation is being set up for residents of the damaged apartment building with beds, hot drinks, and food," the official wrote on his Telegram channel.
