Serhiy Danylov, deputy director of the Ukrainian Association of Middle East Studies, told a Ukrinform correspondent about this.
“The high-ranking collaborators have long been purchasing homes in both Moscow and the Krasnodar region. Some of them have already left,” Danylov noted.
According to him, lower- and mid-ranking collaborators find themselves in a different situation; they are currently in a state of confusion. He also speculates that Saldo, the head of the occupied territory of the Kherson region, is most likely hiding in Simferopol.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the fall of 2022, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the right-bank part of the Kherson region, including the city of Kherson. The part of the region located on the left bank of the Dnipro River remains temporarily occupied by Russian troops.
