MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Kiyapo has left three people dead and affected more than 295,000 individuals across the country, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said on Monday. Data as of 6 a.m. showed that the death toll stood at three, with one fatality reported in Davao and two in Sarangani. Authorities said the causes of death in the two Sarangani cases are still being investigated.
