MANILA, Philippines — Several national roads and bridges in Apayao, Benguet, and Kalinga remain passable but with restrictions due to damaged bridges, road slips, and other hazards, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). In its road and travel advisory on Monday, the DPWH said motorists should expect limited access, one-lane sections, and precautionary measures on affected roads, urging travelers to slow down, obey traffic signs, and remain alert.
