Its image was broadcast around the country in January after the island was ravaged by Storm Goretti.

More than 80 percent of its trees were felled by howling winds that reached 111mph, leaving head gardener Darren Little 'devastated'.

It was notably used as a key setting for House of the Dragon, the prequel to HBO's Game of Thrones series.

The island is only accessible by boat, or by foot at low tide - when an ancient granite-cobbled pathway emerges from the sea for a few hours.

It was first laid in the 15th century, but had to be restored after being smashed up by another storm in 2014.
