Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation will organise a screening programme as part of the Japanese Film Festival. The inauguration ceremony will be held at Alliance Francaise, Nungambakkam at 5.30 p.m. on July 28. Following the inauguration, the film The Hotel of My Dream by Yukihiko Tsutsumi will be screened at 6 p.m., according to a press release.

The film Aristocrats by Yukiko Sode will be screened on July 29 at 6 p.m. Two films are planned for screening on July 30: Time Scoop Hunter by Hiroyuki Nakao (5 p.m.) and The lines draw me by Tokuhiro Koizumi (7 p.m.)
