Police say they’re ending the ground search for an 11-year-old Calgary boy who has been missing for 12 days.
Chief Katie McLellan says police are refocusing their investigation in the disappearance of Parker.
The boy, who is autistic and non-verbal, walked away from his daycare home in a northside neighbourhood.
Police have not released his last name and say they don’t suspect foul play.
Hundreds of officers and volunteers have been searching for the boy.
McLellan says police won’t stop looking for Parker and will focus now on reviewing evidence, following tips and pursuing new leads.
