SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has temporarily closed a portion of the Tagudin-Cervantes Road in Ilocos Sur after a rockslide and fallen trees blocked the highway following inclement weather. In a road advisory issued on Sunday, July 26, the DPWH said the affected section in Barangay Malaya, Cervantes, has been closed to all vehicle types to ensure public safety.
