Nara Bhuvaneswari, wife of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and chairperson of the NTR Trust, on Tuesday (July 28, 2026) urged students to dream big, inculcate discipline, and never give up while pursuing their careers. “Perseverance and integrity are the benchmarks of success,” she said.

Ms. Bhuvaneshwari was interacting with students at the PES Medical College auditorium in Kuppam. She participated in a quiz programme, watched sports and games competitions, and shared her personal and professional experiences with students.

Highlighting that India’s future rests with its youth, Ms. Bhuvaneswari stated that students could succeed in any field, from medicine and engineering to entrepreneurship, policing and the civil services, if they pursue their goals with determination and hard work. “Success can never be posted overnight, but it is the outcome of consistent effort and hard work,” she said.

Describing parents as “living gods”, the NTR Trust chairperson said that teachers are the architects of young minds. Appealing to students to respect and support their families, she said that students should continuously cultivate habits that shape character and leadership. “You should develop a reading habit, make prudent use of technology, and never hesitate to ask questions or learn from mistakes,” she said.

She cautioned the youngsters to stay away from drugs and resist the growing pressures of academic competition. Failure in examinations should never lead students to lose hope or take extreme steps, she said.

She said that the State government was doing its best to strengthen public education and extend financial support to students. “Students, particularly girls, should harness technology, embrace lifelong learning and emerge as compassionate, responsible citizens committed to nation-building and social service,” Ms. Bhuvaneshwari said.
