Former Ye assistant Lauren Pisciotta has reached an unconditional settlement with the rapper after accusing him of sexual assault, sex trafficking and a series of other abuses in a wide-ranging lawsuit.

Court papers filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court state the parties have reached a final settlement, ending the case. The terms were not disclosed.

Pisciotta first sued Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, in June 2024, alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment. She later expanded the lawsuit in 2025 to include allegations of sexual battery, sex trafficking, assault and other claims.

Her attorneys had previously told the court the sides reached a settlement "in principle" following mediation on June 4. Tuesday's filing confirms an unconditional agreement has now been finalized.

Pisciotta, a model, influencer and former assistant to Ye, alleged the rapper used promises of career advancement in the music and fashion industries to coerce her into complying with his sexual demands before firing her in 2023 after she rejected his advances.

The amended complaint alleged Ye "terrorized and dominated" her for about two years and later grabbed her by the throat at her apartment after her employment ended.

She also accused Ye of sending fake deliveries to her home and orchestrating false emergency reports after she moved to Florida, resulting in repeated visits from police, government investigators and service providers in what the lawsuit described as "swatting."

In one of the lawsuit's most serious allegations, Pisciotta claimed Ye drugged and sexually assaulted her years earlier at a recording studio party in Santa Monica that was co-hosted with Sean "Diddy" Combs. According to the complaint, guests were told they had to drink beverages served at the event or leave.

Pisciotta alleged she quickly became heavily impaired after consuming a drink and awoke the next day feeling ill and confused, with no memory of what had happened. She claimed she only learned of the alleged assault years later while working for Ye, when he allegedly referenced the encounter during a conversation.

The lawsuit does not accuse Combs of wrongdoing in connection with the alleged assault.

Pisciotta also alleged Ye failed to pay her a promised $4 million salary, repeatedly pressured her for sex, forced himself on top of her in a hotel room, locked her inside a bedroom on a private jet while he masturbated and offered her as a sexual "gift" to an associate.

She further alleged he pressured her to shut down her lucrative OnlyFans account so she would become financially dependent on him.

Pisciotta said the alleged conduct left her suffering from anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Ye has consistently denied the allegations. Following the original lawsuit, his representatives described the claims as "baseless" and accused Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail and extort the rapper after her alleged advances were rejected.

His legal team also said Pisciotta was fired because she was unqualified for the job and made unreasonable financial demands, including a $4 million annual salary. They further alleged she sought expensive gifts, including Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and cosmetic surgery.

The settlement resolves the civil case without any admission of liability by Ye.
