New Zealand small businesses had the strongest quarter for sales in nearly four years in June, according to new research by Xero.

Xero’s latest Small Business Insights data showed sales for small businesses rose 8.6% year-on-year in the June quarter, building on a 5.1% rise in the March quarter.
