The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, reported the attack on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Hlukhiv. This evening, a Russian drone attacked a residential area. As a result of the enemy strike, an apartment building was damaged," the statement said.

Three people were injured in the attack, including two children. A 10-year-old child and an adult woman sustained injuries and were hospitalized. All of the victims are receiving medical treatment.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that on July 29, Russian forces launched six guided aerial bombs at infrastructure facilities in the Sumy community.
