CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — A man reported missing in Concepcion town in Romblon was found alive on Wednesday, July 29, after an eight-day search and rescue operation involving police, emergency responders, local government units, and volunteers, authorities said. The Romblon Police Provincial Office (RPPO) said Ivan Clem Atillano was found beneath a bridge in Sitio Hulo (Gaylang), Barangay Calabasahan. Atillano was discovered by a resident, Jayson Fontanoza, who checked underneath the bridge. He was safely reunited with his family.
