According to Ukrinform, Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi reported this on Telegram and posted a video from the scene near the damaged building.

“A missile struck a residential building directly on Vyhovskyi Street. The warhead, which did not detonate, has already been neutralized. Work is now underway to safely remove it. Rescue workers, police, and bomb disposal experts are on the scene,” the mayor wrote.

He thanked everyone who, risking their own lives, is dealing with the aftermath of the attack and helping people.

Sadovyi also reported that rescue workers had pulled an older woman from the rubble of a high-rise building on Paton Street that was damaged by the rocket strike. The search for two other people is ongoing.

“A search-and-rescue operation is underway on Paton Street. An elderly woman was evacuated from under the rubble. She is alive. Two people are still missing,” Sadovyi wrote.

He also posted a video from the strike site.

As reported by Ukrinform, at dawn on July 30, the Russian army launched a missile strike on Lviv. As a result of the attack, more than 20 residential buildings, a school, and kindergartens were damaged. People were trapped under the rubble. The casualty toll after the Russian strike on Lviv has already increased to 30.
