This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, according to Ukrinform.

According to the investigation, on July 30, 2026, the Russian military attacked the Kherson region using aircraft, artillery, and various types of drones.

It is noted that in the morning in Bilozerka, the enemy directed a drone at a civilian vehicle, killing a 63-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman who were inside the vehicle.

Russian aircraft also struck Kherson with aerial bombs. A strike was recorded on the premises of a municipal enterprise—a 56-year-old security guard sustained fatal injuries, and three other civilians were wounded.

Kherson, driver killed

In the afternoon in Darivka, a man born in 1937 was killed as a result of a drone attack. In Urozhaine, a local resident was wounded by an enemy UAV strike.

In addition, private homes, apartment buildings, a hospital, an industrial facility, a bus, and passenger vehicles were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of war crimes (Parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
