Snug Coorparoo

Korean$

What happens when a couple of young-gun chefs find a small space in which to fling a bunch of ideas against the wall?

On the face of it, Snug has no right being as good as it is. But then you remember Leaham Claydon and Jianne Jeoung worked in leadership roles across both Greca and Yoko at Howard Smith Wharves – all that experience reduced down to a couple of timber counters and a simple bench-top cooking set-up has created something truly special. Snug’s prawn omurice is one of the best breakfast dishes in town.

Good to know: Jeong and Claydon also own and operate Jane’s Deli and Bar Cooper’s next door. Both are fantastic.
