Iconic retailer Smiths City is making a comeback as new owners prepare to relaunch the company.

The century-old retailer went into voluntary administration in September last year and liquidation the following month.

A post on the company’s website on Wednesday said “two Kiwi entrepreneurs” would be rebuilding the Smiths City
