MasterChef star blasts ‘evil’ parents after children destroy chicken coop at restaurant

A MasterChef finalist has hit out at “evil” parents whose children wrecked his restaurant’s chicken coup.

In a video posted to Instagram on Thursday (30 July), Adam Handling opened up about a recent incident at The Tartan and Fox Pub, which he runs in Cornwall.

He explained that several of his chickens died when some recent guests allowed their dog off its lead, despite numerous signs telling them not to.

The Michelin-starred chef said that their children then entered the coop, where they picked up an estimated 40 eggs and smashed them against a tree.

“I don’t understand the parents that allow their children to act that way in public places,” he lamented, describing the children as “selfish little brats”.

“I’m so disappointed. I’m so hurt. I love them chickens so much. And you are evil!”
