BAGUIO CITY — City food regulators have confiscated nearly 260 kilograms of spoiled chicken from a meat shop at a Baguio City Public Market alley in response to a consumer complaint, according to the City Health Services Office (CHSO). In a July 29 statement, CHSO said the operation stemmed from a report by a resident who claimed that chicken purchased from the establishment emited a foul odor even after it had been cooked.
