The SBI press service reported the developments, Ukrinform says.

The investigative actions were carried out in various regions across Ukraine. The operation focused on several areas, including investigations into illegal interference with the Oberig military registration database, fake mobilization and reservation schemes, assistance in evading military service, artificial inflation of performance indicators by territorial recruitment and social support centers, violence against civilians, and the concealment of such crimes by officials.

Suspicions were issued to officials of recruitment centers in the Kyiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, and Kirovohrad regions, as well as in Kyiv. A law enforcement officer was also charged.

During the searches, investigators seized money, mobile phones, military registration documents, information system materials, and other evidence indicating the possible involvement of officials and intermediaries in illegal activities.

The SBI emphasized that the Honest Conscription operation remains ongoing. Investigators are continuing to analyze seized materials, identify the full circle of individuals involved, and examine other possible episodes.

“The results announced are not final. The SBI will release new information in stages – after the relevant investigative actions are completed and to the extent that it does not harm the pre-trial investigation,” the Bureau said.

As reported by Ukrinform, on July 30, the State Bureau of Investigation announced that, in cooperation with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it had launched a large-scale Honest Conscription operation. Investigative actions were carried out, among other places, at more than 100 territorial recruitment and social support centers of various levels.

On the same day, the SBI announced the first results of the operation, including the exposure of a scheme at one of Kyiv’s recruitment centers involving the illegal deletion of data from the military registry for $2,500.
