Spain PM: Ceuta migrant surge a ‘violation of territorial integrity’

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has said that the massive influx of migrants from Morocco was a “violation of Spain’s territorial sovereignty.” He was speaking from Ceuta which saw at least 60,000 migrants cross over from Morocco in recent days.
