MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Ombudsman on Friday acknowledged that Sen. Robin Padilla replied to the obstruction of justice complaint against him after all. Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla confirmed that Padilla has indeed submitted a counter-affidavit.
