Last Saturday, July 25, Apple held its first-ever Hall H takeover at San Diego Comic-Con, featuring panels for Matchbox The Movie, Widow’s Bay, Dark Matter, Mayday, and Silo.
Now, the company has published the full panels on its YouTube channel, all of which you can watch below.
The Mayday panel featured the co-writers, producers, and directors of the action comedy movie, which stars Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh.
Mayday tells the story of a downed U.S. Navy pilot who gets trapped behind enemy lines during the Cold War and forms an alliance with an eccentric ex-KGB agent, and is set to premiere on Apple TV on September 4.
The Silo panel brought together showrunner, creator, and executive producer Graham Yost, executive producer and star Rebecca Ferguson, and cast members Common, Ashley Zukerman, Jessica Henwick, Alexandria Riley, and Tim Robbins.
The panel covered the ongoing Season 3, as well as what Apple TV subscribers can expect from the show’s fourth and final season.
The Matchbox The Movie panel featured stars John Cena, Jessica Biel, Sam Richardson, Teyonah Parris, and Arturo Castro.
The cast discussed the expectations for the upcoming movie, which Apple describes as “an action-packed, globetrotting adventure about a group of friends since childhood who have their lives upended when undercover CIA agent Sean (John Cena), their long-absent former leader, returns to their small town and unwittingly gets them embroiled in a frantic international pursuit to save the world.”
Matchbox The Movie premieres on Apple TV on October 9.
The Dark Matter panel featured stars Joel Edgerton, Jennifer Connelly, Alice Braga, and Dayo Okeniyi, alongside series creator, writer, and executive producer Blake Crouch, co-writer and executive producer Jacquelyn Ben-Zekry, and executive producer Matt Tolmach.
The panel looked back at the show’s first season before previewing what’s to come when season 2 premieres on August 28.
Finally, the highly anticipated Widow’s Bay panel, for which Apple did not announce participants in advance, featured showrunner Katie Dippold, director and executive producer Hiro Murai, and stars Stephen Root, Dale Dickey, Jeff Hiller, K Callan, Kevin Carroll, and Kingston Rumi Southwick.
Matthew Rhys also made a surprise appearance, joining the cast and creators to reflect on the show’s breakout success and 19 Emmy nominations.
Apple TV is available for $12.99 per month or part of the Apple One bundle. It features hit TV shows and movies like Severance, The Studio, The Morning Show, Shrinking and Silo.
