CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Human rights group Karapatan Southern Tagalog on Friday (July 31) called on authorities to disclose the whereabouts of Mangyan-Buhid community organizer Binay Serrano, saying she has been missing from her family’s and lawyers’ view more than 36 hours after her arrest in Cabuyao, Laguna.
